You can totally blame my parents for this, as both don't even update their journals much any more.
Well let's see, what has happened in the last three years?
I've grown up, gotten really big as my dad likes to remind me when I ask him to carry me.
I recently got a short hair cut from my mom, but we don't have pics yet...dad
I graduated from my preschool, however as much as my parents did on my behalf Im stuck waiting a year as APS cuts off the age before my b'day and Im still stuck in preschool for yet another year. This as they sucks, as my class is starting over with number 1.
I am not one to brag but I can count to 30 pretty well and almost have the concepts of addition and subtraction down. My dad tried to show me some algebra as joke, but I liked it better as it had letters and wierd operators. I did learn something from that joke he played.
Soon I should be a web developer as well, he came up with an idea and asked for my help, when that comes through I will post it here, as any 4 yr old who can claim to be a web developer is awesome!
I've got way to many toys, I parrot what my parents so much that mommy has actually started to try and watch her language more.
I like a lot more food now as my father cooks a few more exoctic things now that he is back in school and has a bit more time to go shop and such. My favorite toys have shifted, though my dad seems to think its bad, I enjoy my new toys. I like dolls, My Little Pony, and drawing, though when I ask for help he doesn't seem to be into drawing as much as me. Maybe, that's why he wants help with his new website.
I wiggle more than ever now and it's hard to find me in a silent moment, or sitting still. I think it means I am a smart chica, my dad claims it's because of him. Well what ever it is, I don't expect to sit still anymore, I always have stuff to do and places to go.
Luckly, my daddy is a great personal assistant, he keeps track of everything for me and cooks like a champ.
My mom is great for such things as well,, but since she is almost as busy as me, I allow her to use my daddy as kind of an assitant as well.
The cool part about starting a year later is I will be in school at the same time as my mommy, possibly even my daddy if he ever figures out what he is going to school for. Well I think that is about enough of an update for now.
In response to the requests for my daddy to post more recent pics of me here are some pics from last year in the Jemez. Well I am off, maybe they'll update in the next year, instead of waiting so long. I've seen wierder things happen.

I'm really big now, over 3 feet high and 30 pounds.
I have to go to a speech therapist because I don't talk yet. All I say is "good girl" and "bear" but bear means anything pretty.
Not much to tell now, but my birthday is only 3 months away!

I'm one today!!! Mommy and daddy are having a party for me on Saturday though so I have to wait for presents.
I've started walking, but not a whole lot. Mommy thinks I'm playing it smart so I don't fall.
I have a lot of teeth, and I just keep growing.
I have a little attitude now, but mommy thinks it's more cute than anything. I yell at anyone who takes stuff away from me, like keys, batteries, siscors, paint, glue, lighters, you know, all the stuff that can hurt me.
Other than that I just keep growing.

I'm really big now. Mommy and daddy got a digital camera so mommy has tons of pictures to show everyone. I'll be a year old in a little more than a month. Whee! I can almost walk now, but I still like to hold on to things. I was running laps up and down the hallway on my walker with daddy tonight while mommy was doing homework. It made mommy giggle. I was sick last week. My tummy hurt and I kept throwing up, it scared mommy, but I was better in the morning. This weekend was my Grandma T's birthday so all the girls in the family went out to lunch, mommy got a ton of pictures on the new camera!

I said my first word tonight. Daddy was holding me and talking to Grandma T. when mommy was walking away to turn on the living room light I didn't want her to go so I thought it would be a good idea to call her, so I just yelled out MOM while I was looking right at mommy. Of course it worked, mommy came running back to me and took me from daddy and gave me lots of hugs and stuff. I am so smart.
I finally cut some of my top teeth, but since they took forever coming in they're all coming in at once. But at least I can chew now. My favorite finger foods are tortillas and graham crackers.
I'll be walking any day now. I'm crusing all over the living room. I like to pull myself up on the sliding doors and bang my hands on the glass.
Grandma B. Taught me how to clap and play pattycake. I like to clap at people when I'm showing off. Everyone seems to like it, I get lots of hugs and smiles when I do it.
My birthday is coming up soon and mommy can't wait. She want's to throw me a big party, but she just has to figure out where since our living room is so tiny and it'll be too cold to have it outside.

I crawl now! It's fun, but I love all the cords I find which scared mommy and daddy. I sat in the kitchen tonight while mommy and daddy made dinner, but I couldn't see them very well so I just played with a big spoon.
Mommy gave me my first haircut a while ago, but it looks funny since it's not straight.
I take baths in the big tub now, and I love it. I started playing with all my bath toys. I like to watch the water go down the drain when I'm done. Mommy and daddy bought me some Little Swimmers so they can take me to the pool, but it's been so hot they haven't taken me yet.
I also sit up on my own, but I've been doing that for about 3 weeks now.
No new teeth yet, but mommy thinks that more are coming soon.

Mommy hasn't updated this in a while, but she'll try to catch everyone up.
I'm 6 months old now, and I'm huge. At my check up last week I was 19 pounds and 11 ounces. I'm 28 inches long now. I'm bigger than all my cousins who are all older than me.
I can roll over from both sides now and I'm trying to sit up on my own. I'm on my way to crawling, hopefully it will be soon.
I cut my first teeth, mommy and daddy just noticed it today. They're not up all the way, but they're above the surface. I've been chewing on anything and everything I can get my hands on.
I started on solid foods. I really like bananas, especially with rice cereal.
My daddy says I'm the cutest baby in the entire world, (mommy agrees). I like to smile a lot. Mommy calls me Smiley Riley. I like having my feet tickled and I like explosion noises. I love mommy's hair and I laugh when she bangs her head and it goes everywhere.
I'm very healthy and happy.

I rolled over! For the first time, by myself with out mommy or daddy helping me. I got so excited I laughed. I then tried to crawl right away, but my legs don't work quite yet, so I kept shoving my face into the floor. But that was ok, because mommy had a blanket down and I just started chewing on it. Then I made a game of picking out animals on my blanket and trying to get them into my mouth.
Mommy thinks I'm really smart.

Mommy's been a total slacker with updating this.
I am now *almost* rolling over, I just won't lift my head for the finish.
I chew on everthing, and now that I know what my hands are for, it's really everthing.
I can pull my toys off of my floor gym, so daddy moved them to the next stage that I can't pull off.
I'm huge! At my last appointment I weighed 17 pounds and I was 27 and a half inches long. I'm bigger than my cousin Jenei who's a few months older than me and I'm almost the same size and my cousin Aiko who's 14 months old!
I'm trying to sit up, I'll pull myself up in my swing, but I get tired really quick.
I try to *help* hold my bottle (but I'm not much help)
I *talk* all the time, and since I've hung out with Aiko, I can get really loud.
I'm a very happy baby, I smile and laugh all the time.
I'm hard to put to bed now, but once I'm asleep I'll be out for hours.
Well, that's a little update.

Wednesday was my 3 month "birthday".
At 3 months I am: - Teething, mommy has to massage my gums because I don't have enough coordination to hold on to a teether - Chewing on my fists - I can almost roll over, but my head is still too heavy - I'm starting to talk, I realized that I can hear my voice, so when I'm awake and happy I babble to anyone who will listen - I'm starting to turn my self around in my crib by pushing off with my feet - I sleep thorough the night pretty regularly now - I've got a big, cute smile - I have daddy wrapped around all my fingers, not just my pinky - I don't like to be held when I can be in my bouncer or laying down where I can see everyone - My hair is almost long enough to put in small pig tails That's all mommy can think of for now.

Mommy thinks I may be teething already. She saw little white bumps on my gums and I've been fussy and running a slight fever for a couple of days.
I learned how to get my fist in my mouth and it tastes really good. Much better than my binky, which I don't like anymore. Daddy thought I needed it last night, but I just played with him.
Mommy and Daddy took me out to dinner last night and everyone loved me. I talked to the table behind Daddy and the lady asked if she could steal me. I tried to talk to the table behind mommy, but they weren't paying attention, so I started giving them my Drama Queen cry to see if they would look, but it didn't work. It works on everyone else, except for Mommy and Daddy, they giggle when I do it. Mommy has some pictures that she needs to scan in so she can show everyone.

Hi everyone. I went and visited Grandma and Grandpa T. with mommy tonight while daddy was at work. I practiced my tounge clicking with Grandma and I got to play with Grandpa. Auntie Bobo was there too and I played a lot with her. I like Auntie Bobo, I really like her room, it has all kinds of cool toys to look at. When we got home I fell asleep in my swing after mommy gave me a bath. I like baths, I'm learning how to splash mommy :).
